Traditionally, Preventive Maintenance for office spaces, properties and factories is a manual process. Most work is completed by filling out a survey in paper form. This facilitates the manipulation by unsupervised staff. The checklists collected also require huge amount of physical space and person-hour, before it is properly stored and analyzed. To solve this we developed AR PM which completely replaces paper spreadsheets with AR checklists. The checklists are now pinned to physical assets which are only available when the staff reaches the location physically, this thanks to the indoor navigation technology of our partner Insider Navigation. The work time and records are all logged automatically thus completely guaranteeing the protocols are strictly followed. All data collected will be stored on a cloud platform, where one can easily track KPIs, search and analyze maintenance records. This translates into time and cost savings with far less large-scale repairs and system downtime.
